This lasers spec is 50mw but the one i got measures 120mw. This laser is focusable, but its a unique focus. Up close twist the cap and nothing, but at a distance twist the cap and the focus works.

It has a good beam quality with slight scatter, the beam is clearly visible in a normal lite room. This laser has a green LED indicator next to the switch

I really do like this laser, its a great pointer.
