**UPDATE**

THE LASER IS NOW JUST OVER A YEAR OLD, HASNT BEEN USED MUCH AT ALL AND THE DRIVER THAT POWERS THE TEC FAILED. SO THE DIODE GOT TO HOT AND BLEW. SO NOW BOTH MY AIXIZ HAVE DIED, SHOW HOW GOOD THEY REALLY ARE!!

This is an excellent mains powered laser, the only problem is its not very well collimated.p>

This module does seem to have a fair bit of IR, so it is debatable if it has an IR filter at all.

It can also light a match with the help of a lens from a distance of 40 metres
