I am going to make a two level case for these scanners, the first level will hold 6 fans, sucking air out of the box. As i cant afford the proper stuff, this is my attempt to keep everything cool -

in total the box will have 11 12v fans, i will be powering these fans by a computer psu - psu

The second level will house the scanners and laser etc... Due to the heat produced i have heat sinked everything.

In my scanner i am using my 100mw green laser and 200mw red laser, to combine these beams you need a dichro. I purchased a red dichro from Edmunds Optics, when aligning the beams you need an adjustable mirror mount, these are pretty expensive. So i made my own, they dont look great but work perfect - mirror mounts

I will be using the Pangolin FB3 dac. This is a top of the range DAC, its hard to get any better without spending lots and lots of £££.
