It operates from 0-5v and at 4.2amps. The peltier is tiny, it measures just 10mm (L) by 5mm (W) and 1mm (D)
To use a peltier properly you need to cool the hot side, a heat sink and fan is recommended on smaller peltiers, but more cooling my be required on larger peltiers.

It can boil or freeze water in about 5 seconds.

In these videos im only using 4.5v and 1.2amps, so not fully power!
