A dichro is used to join two laser beams of different wavelength together.
This is a 25mm dichro for joining 650nm and 532nm, purchased from Edmund Optics
this dicro was purchased from ebay - Dichro im using a 100mw green and a 200mw red - to get a true colour match it should be 4:1 (red:green)
