UK Laser Meet – 3rd February 2008 in Leicester a big thanks to Mark (Fluff) for the venue and a big thanks to Paul (Bluesky Lasers) for arranging the event, t-shirts and raffles. It was great to see everyone again and to see some new faces.

A big thanks to everyone else for attending the event and bringing along your kit, without you and your kit the day wouldn’t have been the same. It was great to see how people have progressed since the laser meet.

Thanks to our security man Phil who also helped get stuff up the stairs.

I hope people had a good chat with everyone and learned a few things. The knowledge at this event is amazing; everyone knows a little something different and together its alot alot knowledge.

It was a real shame the star of the even Rob's (stanwax) white was out of action, we were disappointed but im guessing he was even more disappointed. Fingers crossed for next time. Rob did make it up with the laser games - tennis and asteroids.

The highlight of the day for me was just seeing everyone with all their kit, standing on stage and seeing all those lasers was amazing. I am now going to call Robin "the mad scientist" he is our very own "Robinator" with his 10 watt laser gun!
